Namaste Y'all

That was the name of the yoga spot I found. I would continue making fun of the name except yoga was at sunrise and on the beach and incredible!!!

Just one of the luxuries that came with my Mom's visit this week. Not only did she keep the boys and I company, but she was very encouraging for me to take some time to myself.

While the weather may not have held , I will forever have the vision of peaking through the window and stealing a glimpse of my Mom dancing with the boys.

I'm convinced, Salt Water is healing for the soul.
