Happy (HOT) Independence Day

So fun to have the Rawalds in Sea Pines the week of the fourth. Not only did their family adopt us on their family vacation, but Nash had a playmate on the beach for a week! Sarah, the real rockstar, reluctantly agreed to join me for Paddleboard Yoga (love!) - 9 weeks after her c-section! Shaw wasn't the only trooper this week.

First fireworks were a hit!

Off to Charlotte for therapy & tests. Praying for good news.
